1. What we collect

When you submit a lead form or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), store URL, monthly revenue, platform, and niche. We never collect your Stripe password, secret keys, card numbers, or bank details.

2. How we use it

To prepare your free audit, tell you if your store qualifies, and contact you about the results. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Security

Encrypted database. Restricted access under NDA. We never share data with other brands.

4. Your rights

Under CCPA, VCDPA, CPA, you can access, correct, or delete your data. Email hello@swentio.com. Response in 30 days.

5. Retention

Lead data kept 90 days if no engagement. Active partner data kept for partnership + 6 years (tax/legal).

1. Service

Swentio applies a revenue-doubling technique on your existing Stripe account. We are not a payment facilitator, agency, or Stripe affiliate. We do not process payments. We apply a technique on your existing Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+, own the Stripe account, and process at least $5,000/year in clean volume (no recent bans, no excessive chargebacks). We reserve the right to refuse if our audit surfaces risk.

3. Payment

You keep up to 50% of the extra revenue. We invoice the rest weekly, net-7, only after you see the money in your Stripe. If we don't double your revenue within 30 days, we refund our cut and you keep everything set up.

4. Account control

You stay admin the entire time. We're added as a team member with limited access. You can remove us with one click anytime. Your account, your rules.

5. Legality guarantee

We warrant the technique is 100% legal and compliant with Stripe's rules. If it ever causes a Stripe hold, ban, or restriction (never happened in 18 months, 200+ stores), we cover up to $50,000 in lost revenue and refund 100% of fees paid in the preceding 90 days.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice. We undo everything, our access is revoked, outstanding invoices due net-7. No cancellation fees. No lock-in.

7. Liability

Swentio's liability is limited to fees paid in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for Stripe platform outages, ad-spend revenue declines, or macro-economic issues.

We never ask for your Stripe password or secret keys. We add ourselves as a team member with limited access, apply the technique, and you can remove us with one click anytime.

2. Limited access

Our team member access is limited to only what's needed. We cannot access your bank account, your payouts, your card numbers, or your Stripe account settings.

3. Real-time monitoring

Our system watches your Stripe 24/7. You receive instant WhatsApp alerts if anything looks off.

4. 100% legal

The technique is fully compliant with Stripe's rules. Nothing hacked, nothing spoofed, nothing sketchy. 200+ stores, 18 months, zero bans.

5. $50,000 guarantee

If our technique ever causes a Stripe hold, ban, or restriction, we cover up to $50,000 in lost revenue and refund 100% of fees paid in the preceding 90 days. We also handle the conversation with Stripe on your behalf.
